To prep for your cleaning you can have your personal items such as toothbrushes, and personal items in the shower/bathtub moved. We want to have your cleaning completed in a timely manner, your satisfaction is important to us.

Not at all. Our services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required.

We understand life happens, we will be happy to reschedule to receive a full refund you must cancel no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within the required time frame will have you ineligible for a refund.

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.

CANCELLATIONS- We completely understand life happens and sometimes beyond our control. We will need at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel. Failure to cancel within the required time frame will automatically make you ineligible for a refund.

REFUNDS- In order to secure your desired appointment date we require a $55 deposit. Your refund will be returned only if you abide by conditions listed under (cancellations).

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS-On the day of your appointment please make sure your pets are put away. Naturally Spotless is not liable for misplaced items, please make sure valuable items you do not want touched are put away safely.
